Randy was born in Globe, AZ, and grew up hunting and fishing with his Dad and his family. He doesn’t fish much anymore, but does hunt every chance he has. In 1989, he opened Archery Headquarters and has served on the board of the Archery Trade Association (ATA) for about a dozen years. Randy is on the Arizona Bowhunters Association board as the Game & Fish liaison. Randy’s passion for bowhunting comes through in his customer service and vast knowledge-base; whenever he has the opportunity, he tries to give something back to the sport.

Manager/Customer Service Representative/Bow Technician
Adam has a true passion for anything outdoors. Fly fishing, bow hunting, trap and skeet, hiking to running The Ragnar! His passion was furthered at Mesa Community College where he studied Wildlife Biology. Adam believes to be a true outdoors-man, “you can’t just be good at one aspect or the other, you need to learn everything.” This translated to his knowledge of archery as a whole as well. Adam began his archery journey as strictly a bowhunter with a compound bow, but soon started to diversify. He began exploring traditional recurve and longbow, olympic recurve, as well as competitive 3d shooting. He is a very accomplished hunter and dreams of one day completing the “African Big 5,” as well as the “North American Super Slam”.

Tyler is the resident “thinker” and has been a valuable asset to Archery Headquarters since day one! From hunting bows, to target bows, and compounds to recurves, he loves it all. He began his journey of archery right here at Archery Headquarters, learning how to tune, and shoot from some of the nations best coaches, and bow technicians. Tyler has the mind of an engineer and the uncanny ability to fix bows very quickly and efficiently by simply understanding the basic mechanics of them on a very high level.
Tina comes from a strong archery family background. Her father shot for ASU in the ’70s and was a very strong influence in getting her into the sport. She began shooting in 2012 as a recreational archer, just punching holes in paper and having fun. She got the competitive bug soon after and has been shooting in tons of local tournaments since. Under the instruction of the former head coach of the U.S. Olympic Team, she has gained a ton of knowledge and experience, and is now the Arizona State Outdoor Champion! She plans to continue growing in the sport and is very excited to coach and introduce new and aspiring people to the sport.
